- Items can be exchanged if the correct size is in stock or refunded.(Refund will be issued when we receive the item.)
- Sale items are non-returnable and considered final sale.
- Pre-orders are also considered final sale.
- Returned items must be in their original, unused condition with tags attached, unwashed, unworn, and free from odors or perfumes.
- You have a 12-day window to return items after receiving them.
- Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for earrings, hair accessories, undergarments, hair tools, or items labeled as "final sale".
- NOTE: If you did not sign up for Redo return shipping at checkout you can still utilize their portal here to return your item(s). There will be a shipping label fee for returns without Redo coverage or you can pay to ship back the return yourself by using any shipping method you like, just make sure it's postmarked no later than 12 days from the date received.
