Rules & Procedures for Returns:

  • Items can be exchanged if the correct size is in stock or refunded.(Refund will be issued when we receive the item.)
  • Sale items are non-returnable and considered final sale.
  • Pre-orders are also considered final sale.
  • Returned items must be in their original, unused condition with tags attached, unwashed, unworn, and free from odors or perfumes.
  • You have a 12-day window to return items after receiving them.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for earrings, hair accessories, undergarments, hair tools, or items labeled as "final sale".
  • NOTE: If you did not sign up for Redo return shipping at checkout you can still utilize their portal here to return your item(s).  There will be a shipping label fee for returns without Redo coverage or you can pay to ship back the return yourself by using any shipping method you like, just make sure it's postmarked no later than 12 days from the date received. What is Free Exchanges/Returns via Redo?

We have partnered with Redo to provide a seamless return experience.  Redo offers return protection for all orders, which you can purchase at checkout.  With Redo you can start a return or exchange anytime with automatic labels and exchange processing.

Redo Coverage provides free returns for exchange or refund + package protection on your order for only $2.48. You can initiate a return/exchange through our portal here  You can return any item(s) in your order for an exchange or refund for FREE.* Redo covers all items in the cart, you do not need to purchase Redo for each item.

If you choose not to buy Redo, or would like to exchange or a full refund, you can still return, but you will have to cover the cost of the return shipping label.

Free returns via Redo must follow all guidelines listed within the return policy. Items must be returned within the designated return window. To be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit, items must be in new condition, unwashed, and all tags attached. Final-sale and special discounted items are not eligible for free returns.
