- You have a 12-day window to return items after receiving them.
- Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for earrings, hair accessories, undergarments, hair tools, or items labeled as "final sale".
- NOTE: If you did not sign up for Redo return shipping at checkout you can still utilize their portal here to return your item(s). There will be a shipping label fee for returns without Redo coverage or you can pay to ship back the return yourself by using any shipping method you like, just make sure it's postmarked no later than 12 days from the date received.
